Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

Refund requests for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or incorrect order placed by the customer are not accepted.


2. Refund Request Timeline

  • A refund or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will be automatically rejected.


3. Mandatory Proof

To process a refund request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Images showing the damage/defect/wrong product

The unboxing video must be continuous, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.


4. Refund Approval Process

  • All refund requests are subject to verification and quality check by the Nayanest team.

  • Nayanest reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the provided evidence.


5. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds may be issued as:

    • Replacement, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund to original payment method (at Nayanest’s discretion)

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary and is beyond our control.


7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Unboxing video is missing or edited

  • Product is used, altered, or damaged due to misuse

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Request does not meet eligibility criteria
