  • Remote or non-metro areas may take additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on the product, order value, and delivery location.

7. Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • Orders returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address will not be eligible for refund.

  • Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.

8. Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the courier partner if required.
