1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong item delivered
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer.
2. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Proof Required
To initiate a return, customers must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Images of the damaged/defective/wrong product
Important: The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
4. Return Approval
- All return requests are subject to quality check and verification by the Nayanest team.
- Once approved, further instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Products without valid proof (video/images)
6. Refund / Replacement
- Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
- Refunds to original payment method are not guaranteed and will be decided by Nayanest.
