To initiate a return, customers must provide:

• Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
• Images of the damaged/defective/wrong product

Important: The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

4. Return Approval

• All return requests are subject to quality check and verification by the Nayanest team.
• Once approved, further instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Products without valid proof (video/images)

6. Refund / Replacement

• Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
• Refunds to original payment method are not guaranteed and will be decided by Nayanest.
